PRODUCT INFO:

This month we will be experimenting with stitching! Whether it's a simple line, a flower, or even a knot, thread can add interesting texture, color, and lines to artwork, photos, and so much more! 

You'll get a video playlist with different stitches you can learn and apply to our project: embellishing a vintage postcard with embroidery floss! 

• 1 - 3.75x5.75" Postcard These postcards have vintage inspired designs printed on them. The designs are assorted, see photos for an idea of what they look like.
• 1 - 140 lb Watercolor Paper This can be used as your base or be used to create another piece of stitching art.
• 1 - 5x7" Vellum Paper This can be used to plan your design and become a template for punching the holes for your stitching.
• 1 - No. 15 Needle This larger needle is to punch holes with and can also be used to stitch the thread
• 2 - Embroidery Floss Samples You will receive 2 different colors of embroidery floss to use with your project. I will try my best to pair postcards with complimentary colored floss.
• 1 - Quote Card, for continued inspiration, printed on watercolor paper (which you can paint on / decorate if you'd like)
• 1 - Prompt Card for additional inspiration this month and beyond
• 1 - Letter A hello from me with thoughts about this month's project
• Video Playlist & Access To Online Resources The playlist will include videos that show you how to make different stitch lines. I will also include additional inspiration photos.
• Packed in an ivory envelope
• Letters are shipped using stamps and do not include tracking

In the photos is an example of a finished piece using the Pisces postcard. This is what I made to give you an idea of what we'll be creating but you can stitch your postcard however you'd like! (Since I don't know your horoscope signs, those designs won't be included / you will not receive those.)

Colors may vary slightly due to different monitors & setting.

Embroidery floss included will be samples like in the main photo, not the entire skein shown in the other image (it will make the envelope too bulky to mail :))

Wooden clips not included.

Letters are shipped using stamps and do not include tracking. You will receive an email notification when your mail is sent. Please allow up to1-2 weeks for US orders to arrive and up to 21 business days for International. Sometimes mail may take longer depending on the post offices, time of year, weather, and other factors. I appreciate your understanding and patience! If you don't receive it after several weeks, please let me know.
