SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and determined by weight and size of package. All shipping fees collected go directly to the postage fee. Orders over $65 ship for free within the US. 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated on the listing. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If an order is received by 10AM on a shipping day, it will ship the same day.

Occasionally, a package can take longer to ship due to an influx of orders or personal emergency (such as illness). On the rare instance this occurs, you will be notified immediately. I appreciate your understanding and patience! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Unfortunately I have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

LATE AND LOST PACKAGES

If you need a package by a certain date, please email me prior to purchasing to inquire whether that date can be met, especially if it's coming up soon!

I do my best to ship out packages carefully and promptly. I always personally take packages to the post office to make sure they have been received. Please note once a package is shipped, it is out of my hands. I cannot be held accountable for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once it has been shipped.

Typically if a package has partial tracking and is never scanned as delivered or there is no tracking after over a week and you still have not received your package, I will replace your order on the house. The only cost you will be responsible for is the shipping fee.

For the past few years, shipping carriers have been experiencing delays. Unfortunately I cannot predict or control this but I try my best to ship out orders as fast as possible to work around this issue.

A common tracking number issue with USPS:

Sometimes you may receive your tracking number but do not see any updates for several days. This is because it hasn't been scanned by USPS upon intake (they are only required to scan at delivery). When this happens, a package can appear to be immobile for days or even until it's finally delivered. If you have received a tracking number, please be assured that your package has been dropped off at the local post office (I do this personally!) and most likely, USPS has not scanned your package. In most cases, orders arrive when they were quoted or within the week. If you have waited more than a week and still have not seen any tracking updates, please email me at hello@atiliay.com and I will try my best to help!
