If you have any issues with your order, I will be happy to help! Please email Olivia at hello@atiliay.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, request/question, and any photos/details. Please review the following for additional details:

CANCELLATIONS

If you'd like to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible as I try to ship orders as quickly as possible!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. The item must be sent back within 2 weeks of when you received it. Once I receive the returned item, I will issue the refund.
Due to the nature of these items, I can't accept returns/exchanges for:
  • Custom/personalized orders (unless they are damaged), if a personalization was incorrectly entered
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Damaged or used items due to customer use
  • Any item that is 30 days after delivery

REPLACEMENTS

I offer replacements for items that are damaged upon arrival, defective, or if you received the wrong item. See shipping policies for late/lost packages.
